The Children’s Hospital in Boston has recently implemented a great new program to address the Causes of Asthma in the home.  The Hospital is sending experts to the homes of children with severe asthma to identify environmental factors contributing to the child’s asthma and work with the families to reduce or eliminate those factors.

Second-hand tobacco smoke is one of those environmental factors.  It can actually cause otherwise healthy children to develop asthma and can also prompt more frequent and sever attacks in children who already have asthma…

Removing tobacco smoke from your home is an important step you can take for the health of your whole family.
