Nutrition - Restaurants

We work with locally owned restaurant management to expand menus to include more fruits and vegetables, whole wheat, and lean protein. Many restaurant managers are inclined to serve the best quality food possible to their customers, so we reinforce their intrinsic drive with evidence-based suggestions to include healthier fare. We provide assistance such as menu redesign, nutritional consultation, menu printing, community engagement, and media coverage to help out along the way.
