FDA Proposes New Rules for Nutrition Fact Labeling

The public comment period is about to close on a proposed FDA regulation which would update requirements for Nutrition Labels on food.  Chief among the changes would be larger text to emphasize things like Calories and regulations on what a “serving size” is, to ensure they reflect a sensible sized serving.
