Behavioral Health Providers Attend Tobacco Treatment Workshop

Heart Network’s ‘Jump Start Spring’ series a Success!

Over the past month, the Heart Network sponsored a Jumpstart Spring Series in Saranac Lake, focusing on healthy lifestyle changes.  The program consisted of two interactive weekly programs, ‘Walking Wednesdays’ and ‘Tobacco Talk Tuesdays’.
